Surf Site Co-ordinator

Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team at Delphi Adventure Company as our Surf Site Manager.

We need a strong team player who is passionate about the outdoors and enjoy the challenges of working with children and adults.

This person will also need to motivate a team of surf instructors throughout the season to ensure the quality of our service is maintained and improved upon wherever possible.

We provide a full induction period for all staff before commencement of duties to align everyone with our standard operating procedures.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior role and in managing people.

This person should be focused, resourceful and capable of operating in a fast paced environment. They will need to have an ISA/BSA Level 1 Coach qualification.

As well as training and motivating a team of instructors, this person will also be taking surf sessions and maintaining a high standard of service for all clients.
