UK Adventure Product Manager

In2action are looking for a creative and innovative leader to drive our adventure product forward into 2010. The Adventure Product Manager will be responsible for developing and differentiating the In2action adventure product, including all set up, activity provision, staffing, training and facilities.

They will also take charge of the day to day operation of the Adventure Department, including the management of the Adventure staff team, the quality of the product and programme throughout the season and all safety procedures and systems.

The Product Manager will also be required to liaise and work with their manager to ensure all sales targets are met.

Requirements

In2action are looking for applicants with previous operational experience and a dynamic and positive leadership style. Applicants will need to take a creative and proactive approach to the product and will require excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
