Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a key part of the Scout Activity Centres team.
The Scout Association operates five Centres in the UK with this position being based at Downe which is situated near Orpington in Kent.
This position is highly important to the operation of the Centre; the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all our guests get the experience they want. They will work with the group leaders before they arrive to ensure we understand what the group want and then carry this through to the group’s time on centre making sure our staff know what the group expects and that we deliver.
Requirements
Applicants must have previous experience of working in the outdoor education industry.
You must also have the ability to manage staff including appropriate delegation, encouraging personal development and manage performance.
You will also need a real passion for working with young people in the great outdoors to provide fun, educational and safe adventurous experiences.
